1. About Work Quality

We offer high-quality works, all 100% handcrafted by professional artists, and each painting includes framing services.

2. Can I Get a Custom or Personalized Order?

Yes, custom orders are available. Please send your requirements to linkthym@gmail.com or contact us via online chat, and we will do our best to make your dream come true!
For customization, we can adjust the style of the oil painting according to your interior color scheme. Feel free to share photos or color samples you like. Once the oil painting is completed, we will provide photos of the finished work, and you can give feedback—we will make necessary revisions accordingly.

3. What’s the Largest Size I Can Get?

All works sold on our website come in fixed sizes, and you can choose according to your needs. If you need a custom order, please contact us via email at linkthym@gmail.com.

4. Do Paintings Come with the Artist’s Signature?

All paintings will be signed by the artist, usually in the lower right corner. If you don’t want a signature for your custom order, please inform us in advance.

5. What is production time?

· Works available on the website are all finished and ready for purchase;

· The creation time for custom orders depends on the complexity and size of the work. We will specify this when you consult us;

· After the painting is completed, we will send photos of the finished work for your confirmation. Once confirmed, we need to reserve about 1 week for the painting to dry, packaging, and shipping.

6. What’s the Shipping Time?

We provied free shipping worldwide via DHL and FedEx. The delivery time takes about 5-10 business days from the moment of shipment.

· Please note that buyers cannot change their delivery address once the order is shipped.

· All paintings will be carefully packaged in secure wooden crates;

· We’ll provide you with all tracking information by email.

7. Where will the delivery be from?

We provide free worldwide shipping via DHL and FedEx from Hangzhou, China.

8. Do I Need to Pay Customs Duties?

All costs incurred during or after shipping (including tariffs, VAT, customs duties, othe taxes, etc.) shall be borne by the buyer. We do not assume such expenses.

9. Do You Accept Returns?

We accept returns and order cancellations, with the following rules:

Cancellations:

· We accept free cancellations within 7 days of order placement.

· After 7 days, we charge a fee of 10%.

Returns:

· If you are not satisfied with the painting after receipt, you can apply for a return. You need to contact us within 14 days after you received and ship in their original packaging (including all accompanying certificates received with the order).

· Please note that the buyers are responsible for the returning shipping costs. We will refund you only after we receive the painting and check if it is not damaged.

· In case you do not accept delivery within 30 days after the day of the shipment, the painting will be disposed of. As a result, you will get a partial refund for your order.

· Please note that customized orders and promotional products are non-refundable unless they are damaged upon receipt.

10. What If I Receive a Damaged Painting?

If you receive a damaged painting you must save the damaged box so we can immediately file a claim with the shipping company. Please take some photos of the damaged areas and contact us. Delivery company will need to see the box & painting photos to launch their investigation. You can be sure that all of our paintings are fully insured.

 

In the case if you receive a damaged product we're ready to create a new painting for free or refund the money. But only after we receive the original item back.

11. What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept Credit Card, PayPal.

12. What are the care instructions for my art?

· Please make sure that you clean your hands before handling any canvas.

· Never hang your canvas painting outside, in areas of high humidity or near any heat sources.

· Do not place anything on top of the canvas or lay your canvas with the front facing down.

· If you want to clean your painting from dust you may use the dry soft brush.
