Shipping & Returns policy

Thank you for visiting and making a purchase at our website.
Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping and returns policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 weeks.
If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We provides shipment worldwide free of charge. Delivery takes about 5-10 business days of order shipment.
Please, double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.
Custom duties
All fees incurred during or after shipping (including tariffs, VAT, customs duties, other taxes, etc.) shall be borne by the buyer. We do not assume such expenses.
Shipment confirmation & order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking number(s) once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
Damages
If you receive a damaged painting you must save the damaged box so we can immediately file a claim with the shipping company. Please take some photos of the damaged areas and contact us. Delivery company will need to see the box & painting photos to launch their investigation. You can be sure that all of our paintings are fully insured.
In the case if you receive a damaged product we're ready to create a new painting for free or refund the money. But only after we receive the original item back.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to us at linkthym@gmail.com.
Due the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
· custom or personalized orders;
· items on sale.
Cancellation and return
We accept free cancellations within 7 days of order placement. After 7 days, we charge a fee of 10%.
Our return policy extends for 14 days from the date you received.
Contact us within this period to initiate the return. The item must be shipped in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it (including all accompanying certificates received with the order).We will refund you only after we receive the painting and check if it is not damaged.
Please, note that We do not cover return shipping cost. We recommend using a delivery service with a tracking number. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee reception of the item you return.
