Refund Policy

Due the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

· custom or personalized orders;

· items on sale.

Cancellation and return

We accept free cancellations within 7 days of order placement, we will confirm with you again before shipping.

Our return policy extends for 14 days from the date you received.

You may apply for a return if the artwork falls under any of the following circumstances:

1. The artwork is severely damaged or broken during transportation, affecting its integrity and display effect;

2. The artwork is significantly inconsistent with the order description (e.g., incorrect size, material, or version);

3. The artwork has quality problems caused by non-human factors.

If your order meets the return requirements, please contact customer service first, providing your order number, photos of the artwork, and a description of the problem. After confirmation, please return the artwork in its original packaging to the designated address. Return shipping costs will be borne by the responsible party: if the return is due to our fault (e.g., damage, wrong shipment), we will bear the shipping costs; if the return is due to personal reasons, the buyer will bear the shipping costs.

Refund Processing Time: After verifying the returned item, we will complete the refund review within 3 business days.

The actual refund arrival time is generally within 7 business days, depending on the processing time of the issuing bank and payment channel.

Please, note that We do not cover return shipping cost. We recommend using a delivery service with a tracking number. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee reception of the item you return.
